My Story

➢ Having a life that prioritized my health wasn’t

something I was taught and honestly, whenever

health was brought up, I felt like one of the 3 blind mice... until 6 years ago. I was 24 years old and was at my max of 270lbs.

➢ Growing up, I didn’t like veggies, or really anything that wasn’t a cheese burger or pizza. Yup, I was the infamous “picky eater” of the family lol. I had yo-yoed in my weight all the way through college. Up 40 lbs, down 20, up 30, down 10... you get the picture. Then in 2018 I hired a coach and started seeing life in a new way. Yes, I lost 120 lbs but the biggest transformations I had were emotional healing, proper self-love, and most importantly a stronger spiritual life.

➢ These changes eventually led me to become a

certified fitness trainer and nutrition coach. I have seen

from my own journey how much of a gift we are when

we take care of the beautiful vessel God has gifted us.

Life is hard enough as a person of faith and your

health shouldn’t be something you have to do

alone. That’s why I am here, to help you discover what

you are capable of through Christ’s strength and

grace.

➢ My hope is to equip you with the tools and

necessary steps, not only to hit your physical health

goals, but to have something that helps you finally live

your life to the fullest. So... LET’S GO!!!

Fun Facts About Me

➢ I am an aspiring chocolate chip cookie connoisseur (My boyfriend calls me “The Cookie Monster”).

 

➢ I am a first generational cycle breaker for fitness and mental health.

➢ My controversial opinion is that New York pizza is better than Italian pizza.

➢ I hope to become the patron saint of mental health, hopeless situations, and physical fitness!

➢ I love Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta and Blessed Pier Georgio Frassati.
